(Basic Spreasheet Format)

Process for downloading own data

1. For Excel/CSV that can be switched to  SPSS (not advanced spreadsheet)
2. For advanced spreadsheet click here

1. Choose download responses

1. Under Choose Type of Download select all responses collected

1. Choose spreadsheet format > Condensed > Numerical Values

1. Then select Request Download

1. This will take you to the download history page where you will wait for the file to be processed

1. You may need to refresh the page several times

1. Click the download link

1. Once the file is downloaded you will have two options - Excel or CSV Chose CSV - The Excel and CSV files are identical with the exception of the data field. Excel has "issues" with SurveyMonkey date fields. CSV files read the data correctly.

1. Open sheet_1.csv

• Save the csv file to your hard drive as an excel file.
